1. Will my personal details used by other companies?

NO, We never exchange or sell your details to any other companies

2. Can I cancel or alter an order after sending it to you?

YES, As long as you tell us within 2 hours as after you send an order to us it is automatically queued to be printed and therefore can not be cancelled or modified after 2 hours.

3. I only have a photograph of a subject that I want to use for a personalized gift or reprints can I use this?

YES, You can scan the photograph ( 300dpi recommended ) and then use our online software to order a product

4. I have a CD with images on, can I send this to you for ordering prints?

NO, We do not except physical items such as CD’s, memory sticks or photographs as we can not ensure the safety of third party postal systems you may use.

5. I changed my mind about an item, can I get a refund?

This is at the discretion of the company due to the personalized nature of our photo gifts services. We will always offer replacements or refunds if an item is faulty or damaged.

6. Can I get a discount for a very large order?

YES, We offer price breaks that you will see on our web site giving quantity discounts and we can quote on larger orders. Just drop us a line with a description of your exact requirements to wholesale@rainbowpix.co.uk and we will quote you.

7. Can I pay by cheque?

NO, We only accept orders paid securely online using Google Checkout or Worldpay payment systems.
