· The uses of the services of rainbowPIX are subject to the conditions given below. We are a UK company subject to UK laws.

· rainbowPIX reserves the right to amend the present Terms and Conditions without notice.

2. Use of rainbowPIX services

· The user shall ensure that his images respect all valid laws, specifically the provisions of criminal law concerning pornography, violence and pedophilia. rainbowPIX will report any violation to the appropriate authorities and will work with law enforcement services as required.

· rainbowPIX reserves the right not to process images at our discretion.

3. Confidentiality.

· rainbowPIX undertakes not to communicate personal customer data outside the company.

· The use of personal customer data is used to send products, to make contact about orders and to inform about new offers and promotions.

4. Intellectual property.

· The entire contents of the rainbowPIX web site is the property of rainbowPIX . Any reproduction of the contents, in whole or in part, regardless of the procedure or the medium used, is forbidden.

· The individual user is deemed the "responsible publisher" and thus bears sole responsibility for obtaining intellectual property rights relating to his/her images. rainbowPIX shall incur no responsibility whatsoever for abuse of printed images on the part of the user. Consequently, the user may only order photos and photo products with rainbowPIX and use those images if he has the necessary rights and permissions to do so.

5. Responsibilities

· rainbowPIX will do its utmost to ensure availability of the services. Interruptions of the services are however possible due to technical or other reasons. RainbowPIX will make every effort to inform its customers as efficiently as possible about the nature and duration of any interruptions, but shall incur no liability whatsoever in the event that its services are unavailable. Similarly, rainbowPIX cannot guarantee the reliability and quality of the Internet outside its own premises.

· rainbowPIX shall incur no liability whatsoever in the event of data loss. The user shall keep a safe copy of the transferred files on his/her side. The image files are deleted from our storage equipment 21days after the processing of the order.
